This contest is organised by Utrecht School of the Arts (HKU) in collaboration with of K2M Ltd and Eurolkeis S.r.l. (the study consortium partners) in the framework of the study on entrepreneurial dimension of cultural and creative industries. The aim of this contest is to provide an incentive to whom will contribute to the study through the participation in an on-line survey available at the website cci.eurokleis.com.
The contest has no commercial and/or advertisement motivation but it is just an instrument for encouraging the participation in a scientific study for the interest of community.

To enter, follow the link and complete the entry form with some general information about the person and her/his enterprise. To be eligible, during January-April 2010 registered persons will have to complete a second questionnaire that will concern, more specifically, the issues closely examined in the study. Incomplete (less than % of mandatory fields) entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of the study consortium partners. Consortium partners are not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted
Contest Rules:
- The contest is open to all persons of age of majority that work in the European cultural and creative industries. Identification must be produced on request. Employees of the study consortium partners and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
- The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. The extraction of the winners will be held in April/May 2010 during a public event that will be communicated to the survey participants.
- By claiming the prize, the winners authorize the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which the study consortium partners may deem appropriate.
- In accepting the prize, the winners, and any guest(s), acknowledge that study consortium partners may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
- Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from Eurokleis s.r.l. located in via G. Baglivi 3, 00161 Rome, Italy.
- Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by study consortium partners acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.

- Study consortium partners retain the rights, in their absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
- Study consortium partners reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
